I’ve been playing a dangerous game the past couple of weeks. My bike lost a cage and when you’re riding fixed, not having your feet secured is risky. Being sick of cages and not wanting to drop 70$ on ‘Holdfast’ straps, I figured I’d made my own based on this article from Wired.
Not the prettiest straps in the world but I’m really proud of myself. They are secure and feel great. Also, for 14$ in material and 2hours of my time, they are perfect.
